Saudi Arabia 10 new decisions from the Council of Ministers, as the Saudi Council of Ministers held its weekly session today, Tuesday, via video communication, headed by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
Also, the Acting Minister of Information, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi, said in a statement to the Saudi Press Agency "SPA", that the Council of Ministers reviewed a number of issues during the meeting.

Strengthening the level of regional coordination in this field. The Council welcomed the statement issued by the UN Security Council condemning the Houthi terrorist attacks on the Kingdom’s lands and civilian facilities, and considered it an important boost to the efforts made to make the Kingdom’s endeavors to end the Yemen crisis successful, and support a comprehensive political solution to it.
The Council of Ministers was briefed on the topics on its agenda, and the conclusions of the Council of Economic and Development Affairs, the General Committee of the Council of Ministers, and the Council of Experts in the Council of Ministers in this regard, and issued several decisions that included the following two decisions.
Approval of the payment system within 10 decisions of the Saudi Council of Ministers
First, the decision - authorizing the Minister of Sports to discuss with the Qatari side a draft memorandum of understanding for cooperation in the field of sports and youth between the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Government of the State of Qatar, to sign it, and then submit the final signed copy, to complete the regulatory procedures.
Second: Decision authorizing the Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance to discuss with the Greek side a draft memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Education and Religions of the Republic of Greece in the field of Islamic affairs, sign it, and then submit the final signed copy, to complete regular procedures.
Third, the decision - authorizing the Minister of Tourism to discuss with the British side a draft memorandum of understanding in the field of tourism between the Ministry of Tourism in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Digital Affairs, Culture and Information.
and sport in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, signing it, and then uploading the final signed copy, to complete the statutory procedures.
Fourth Resolution - Authorizing the Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture to negotiate with the Secretariat of the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification regarding a draft agreement for cooperation between the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Secretariat of the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification, to sign it, and then submit the final signed copy, to complete the regulatory procedures .
Fifth: The decision approved the organization of the King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Center for Planning and Language Policies.
Sixth: Approval of the payment system and its services.
Seventh: Approval of the authorization of Sohar International Bank to open a branch to conduct banking business in the Kingdom, and authorizing His Excellency the Minister of Finance to decide on any subsequent request to open other branches of the bank in the Kingdom.
Eighth: Approval of the joining of the Ministry of Transport and Logistics, the Ministry of Tourism, and the General Entertainment Authority to the National Tobacco Control Committee, established by Cabinet Resolution No. (46) dated 1/2/1428 AH.
Ninth, the decision - The General Authority for Entertainment signs a memorandum of understanding with the Small and Medium Enterprises Financing Program (Kafala) clarifying the program guarantee mechanism for loans to small and medium enterprises operating in the entertainment sector.
Tenth: The decision approved the appointment and promotion of the fifteenth and fourteenth ranks. The Council of Ministers was also briefed on a number of general topics on its agenda, including two annual reports of the Saudi Industrial Development Fund and the General Entertainment Authority, and the Council took the necessary measures regarding these topics.
