Human Resources and Emiratisation introduces remote inspection of wages and salaries for all employees and residents and issues the following decision.

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation in the UAE confirmed in a statement that it had established a “remote” inspection mechanism on private sector employers by communicating with establishments to emphasize the importance of paying wages, through the wages protection system.

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation in the UAE has indicated that it is offering various support packages for establishments to choose what suits them, and enable them to adhere to the relevant conditions and controls, with the aim of preserving labor rights, in addition to enabling establishments to fulfill the necessary requirements and procedures related to the reorganization of labor relations, Including early leave, without the need to review the ministry.

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation in the United Arab Emirates confirmed that field visits are still available to work sites and workers ’residences, especially through the teams formed in cooperation with the concerned authorities from the Ministry's partners, to ensure compliance with the guideline of occupational health and safety requirements to protect workers from infection with the emerging coronavirus, and to raise awareness of the importance of Adherence to the precautionary measures and requirements included in the manual, including: measuring workers' temperatures, providing sterilizers, physical distancing, wearing masks, and other preventive measures.

It should be noted that the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation in the UAE confirmed that these inspection visits are carried out in parallel with the “Together We Overcome the Challenge” campaign, which aims to educate employers and workers in the private sector about the package of decisions and initiatives implemented by the ministry, in cooperation with its partners within the framework of “ The national program to support the stability of the labor market in the private sector », in light of the spread of the new Corona virus, as well as awareness of a number of initiatives and procedures applied by the ministry, with the aim of strengthening the stability of the work relationship between its two parties, and ensuring their rights and duties.
