EgyptAir announced to its customers that it will not be possible to receive calls through its call center only on Fridays of each week for the next three weeks, due to periodic maintenance work that is being carried out to improve service.
According to the statement issued by EgyptAir, the days when calls will not be received are as follows:
- Friday 5/5/2023 from 8 am to 3 pm.
- Friday 12/5/2023 from 8 am to 3 pm.
- Friday 5/19/2023 from 8 am to 3 pm.
EgyptAir indicated that the service will return to work normally over hours on Friday after three in the afternoon, and it will be regular throughout the week.
