Lieutenant-General Mohammed Ahmed Al-Marri, Director General of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, expressed his pride in the results of the project to measure the quality of government services through the “Government Services Observatory”, which was announced by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the State and Chairman of the Council of Ministers. He stressed that the management team will continue its efforts to develop tools and promote smart and proactive services that are efficient, effective and flexible, to exceed expectations and achieve customer happiness and satisfaction.

The Director General of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai affirmed Dubai’s keenness to provide the highest international standards in customer service, through an innovative smart service system that contributes to achieving happiness among citizens, residents and tourists. He pointed out that the service of issuing electronic Emirati passports, which is considered one of the most powerful passports in the world, contributed to saving time and effort for citizens, increased the speed of completing transactions related to issuing passports, and raised the quality and efficiency of performance in an environmental environment.
