The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation in the United Arab Emirates aims to promote Emiratisation in the private sector and encourage establishments to employ Emirati citizens. This step is part of the government’s efforts to provide job opportunities for Emirati citizens and improve their standard of living.

The Ministry’s efforts include issuing several laws and legislations related to Emiratisation, including determining the percentage of Emiratisation that establishments in the private sector must achieve. The Ministry works to monitor the establishments’ commitment to the Emiratisation goals, and to activate deterrent measures against establishments that do not comply with the Emiratisation.

The fines imposed by the Ministry on establishments that do not comply with the Emiratisation goals indicate the importance of commitment to Emiratisation, and work to encourage establishments to employ Emirati citizens and improve their job opportunities.

The “Nafes” system is an electronic recruitment platform managed by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation in the United Arab Emirates, and aims to facilitate the recruitment process for companies and provide job opportunities for Emirati citizens. Through this platform, the Ministry seeks to provide qualified job opportunities for citizens and improve their standard of living.

The Nafes platform allows employers in the private sector to advertise vacancies, search for suitable candidates, and provide training and development opportunities for Emirati employees. It also provides the necessary services for Emirati employees to find suitable jobs, and helps them develop their skills and improve their chances of obtaining new job opportunities.

Establishments in the private sector can join the “Nafes” program to obtain support and assistance in achieving Emiratisation goals. The Ministry provides a package of support and incentives for distinguished establishments that achieve quality achievements in training and employing Emirati nationals, which enhances the classification of the facility and helps it obtain discounts of up to 80% on the Ministry’s services.
