Sorting applications for those who wish to perform Hajj electronically in Saudi Arabia

The Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan Foundation for Charitable and Humanitarian Works revealed the number of beneficiaries of the “Zayed Hajj Program” grant since its inception, as their number exceeded 14,000 citizens and foreigners from all over the world.

The Foundation indicated that more than 5,000 applications were received this year from citizens who wish to perform Hajj at the Foundation’s expense, and 600 of them were selected after the electronic screening process, taking into account the priority of the elderly. The regiments are scheduled to begin traveling to the Holy Land on June 23.

The Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation announced in a press release yesterday that it has completed the process of sorting citizens’ requests to perform Hajj this year through its annual program. The Foundation confirmed that the sorting process was carried out electronically, taking into account many requirements and priorities, including giving priority to the elderly and people with limited income who have not performed Hajj before, in addition to their accompanying spouses and children.

The Zayed Hajj Program is one of the main programs offered by the Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation. The program provides grants to individuals with limited income to perform Hajj, by sending 1,000 pilgrims to the Holy Land, including 600 pilgrims from within the country and 400 pilgrims from etc.
