What are the ingredients for eggs with mushrooms:
- 4 eggs
- 200 grams of mushrooms
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- A pinch of dried garlic
- A pinch of paprika
What is the method of making eggs with mushrooms:
In a frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and stir-fry until it wilts and becomes translucent.
Add the mushrooms and stir-fry for 5 minutes, until softened.
Add salt, pepper, dried garlic and paprika and stir to combine well.
Crack the eggs into the skillet and stir in gently.
