Schubert preaches to Al-Ahly fans before the Tunisian Esperance match
Today, Tuesday, the media, Ahmed Schubert, the former goalkeeper of Al-Ahly and the Egyptian national team, revealed that Hussein Al-Shahat, player of the first football team in the Red Castle, had renewed his contract with the club.
The former Egyptian national team goalkeeper said in his program “With Schubert”, which is broadcast on “On Sport”: “Hussein Al-Shahat renewed his contract with Al-Ahly.” There are only some minor matters between the administration and the player, but it was agreed upon, and the player renewed his contract with the club.”
Ahmed Schubert also confirmed that Yasser Ibrahim, the defender of the Red Genie, also renewed his contract, so that the duo would continue inside the Red Castle during the coming period.
Al-Ahly is preparing to face the Tunisian Esperance team, next Friday, at Cairo International Stadium, in the second leg of the African Champions League semi-finals.
Al-Ahly advanced in the last round of the CAF Champions League, after defeating Esperance in Rades 3-0, in the first leg of the semi-finals.
