It is noteworthy that the decision excluded a number of citizens wishing to travel during the current period from the categories of students studying abroad, and citizens wishing to treatment abroad, whether diagnostic, therapeutic or rehabilitation, in addition to foreign citizens. The husband or wife is abroad, and she has residency or children in another country, in addition to other special cases decided by the cabinet or delegated to one of the authorities in this regard.
